Phra Cave

Phra Cave is located some 95km south of Chumphon town. Take Highway 41 for about 94km til you see the sign for the Tham Khao Phlu Hot Springs. Take the road to the left and then first left which will take you up to the entrance of the park for the spring and cave.

There is a small entrance fee but this also gives you access to the Hot Water Springs. The steps leading to the cave are about 100m from the entrance along a paved pathway.

You should see steps on your right. It's not a big climb, just 106 steps to the cave entrance.

The entrance is 10m wide by 5m high and opens onto a chamber 40m across.

 A small shrine can be found within the cave, next to the large stalagmite.
