Ta Chi Cave
Ta Chi cave is located at Tham Ta Chi Priest's Camp Site some 46km south of Chumphon town. Take Highway 41 south for 34km, take the U-turn (after the TOT Sawi building on the left) and then the first left. Follow this road for 12km til to reach the Camp site entrance, it is signposted in Thai.
The cave is on the left as you enter the Priest's Camp Site.
Within the entrance porch of the cave can be found a large Buddha statue.
To the left of the entrance porch is a 70m passageway ending in some steps up to a large circular chamber.
Within this chamber there are a number of small Buddha statues.
Whilst it is always good to bring a torch when exploring caves, this cave is well lit by both natural and artificial light.
Steps and pathways have also been constructed making access easy.

Withing the grounds of the Camp site can also be found this large statue of the revered monk Luang Pu Thuat.
