Kaeo Korum Sing Caves
Location: 10.457724, 99.041305
Kaeo Korum Sing Caves are 26km from Chumphon Town and are close to Monthip Fish Park. Some 14km along Highway 41, south from Chumphon
town, take the junction turning right towards Khun Krathing. Follow this
road for 6km and turn left heading for Tham Sing. Go along this road for
1.5km and turn right (follow the signs for the Fish Park). Some 3km along this road turn right at the tee junction and follow this road til it ends. The caves are about 500m to the left, through the plantation, from the end of the road.
'Caves & Caving in Thailand' show cave No. CP0019 being in this location and describe it as having strikingly beautiful stalactites and stalagmites in various animal shapes. The Thai name 'Glass Cave' also infers a pretty cave. Whilst finding 3 caves in the location none match these descriptions.
The first cave you come too is a large through cave leading to a sinkhole, 100m+ high limestone cliffs on all sides. Similar to those found at Chang Phuek.
The second cave is about 100m to the left of the through cave. It has a low opening leading through to a chamber of about 10m in size.
On exploring the area further we found a third cave opening, directly opposite the second cave above.

This might be Cave No. CP0019 but however hard we looked found nothing matching the description in the 'Caves & Caving in Thailand' website. On exploring the area further we found a third cave opening, directly opposite the second cave above.
Caves & Caving in Thailand website has reference this as cave No. CP0152.
The entrance area of this cave is narrow and due to a large drop not easy to access.
