Pho Sa Le Waterfall is 34 km south of Chumphon town. Take the Asia Highway (Road 41) south for 30 km and you need take the road to the right which is just after the Soot-Wisai Cafe. As the central reservation does not allow you to cross here you have to continue 1 km up the highway to the U Turn.
The waterfall is 4km up this road on the right and the way is signposted. You will find plenty of parking here.
Pho Sa Le Waterfall is the biggest on the Wisai river and creates a large catchment pond.
Of all the waterfalls in Chumphon this is the one with the best facilities. There are toilets and a well stocked shop, along with a kitchen for ordering food to be served at the seating areas along the river.
To aid your fun in the water you can rent tubes, life jackets and boats.
Shaded seating areas have been provided all along the southern bank.
This is the most popular waterfall on the Wisai river for the locals and can be busy on holidays and at the weekends.
If you find the place too busy there are other smaller waterfalls nearby to try. These have been detailed in a Bike Tour but access by car is the same.
