Take Highway 41 from Chumphon town for some 50km until you reach the Khao Pip intersection (a Lotus's store is on the right just before the intersection). Turn right at the intersection onto road No. 4139 heading towards Khao Thalu. After 16km turn left onto road No. 4014/4139, then another left after 14km, just after the village of Khao Khai.

About 1.5Km down this road you will see a small track to the right, just after a shop.
This track takes you through a plantation all the way to the cave, where you are greeted by a giant 5 headed naga.

The naga also has a human form coming from its body which is a first I've seen in Chumphon.
To the right of the naga you will find steps going up to the cave.
The cave entrance is guarded by a panther and a tiger.
Samingdam Tiger Cave is a small cave going only 20m into the hill. The cave has been made into a place of worship.
The cave has a high ceiling and the decorations go all the way up.
Amazing amount of work has gone into decorating this cave. Like how they have used patterned dining plates and marbles.
The 'Caves & Caving in Thailand' website has referenced this as Cave No. CP0053.
