Nimit Pracha San Cave is 56km south of Chumphon. Take Highway 41 from Chumphon town for some 36km until you reach the junction for the 4003, signposted to Sawi. At the traffic lights in Sawi turn right and travel down road 4003 for 10km until you reach this crossroads.
Take the concrete road to the right and about 1km down this road the cave can be seen on the left.
The cave is about halfway up a hill and steps up can be found on the right.
The cave entrance is about 10m across by 5m high. Sadly you can only go in some 4m as the cave roof has fallen in.
It seems possible that you can climb over the fallen rock and earth to see if the cave goes deeper into the hill. Sadly my days of doing this have past! The cave-in has made an opening in the roof.
The 'Caves & Caving in Thailand' website has referenced this as Cave No. CP0165. From the elevated position of the cave you have a nice view out across the valley.
