Thong Kho Beach

Thong Kho Beach is 84Km south of Chumphon town. Take Highway 41 for some 50km til you reach the Khao Pip intersection (a Lotus's store is on the right just before the intersection). Turn left at the intersection taking Road No. 4096, heading east to Pak Tako. After about 10km turn right at the cross roads and then left after 500m onto Road No. 4012 heading for Lang Suan. After about 12km the beach is on your left. Easy access to the beach can be found via the hotel - Coco​ Hut​อ่าวทองโข.

The sandy beach is crescent shaped, about 2km long, with headlands to the north and south. To the north can be seen Thong Kho fishing village.

Sadly when we visited the tide was out but that did not stop us having a nice cool drink to take in the lovely view.
