Khao Thalu - La-Un Road Viewpoint

The viewpoint on the Khao Thalu - La-Un Road is 81Km south of Chumphon Town. Take Highway 41 from Chumphon town for some 50km till you reach the Khao Pip intersection (a Lotus's store is on the right just before the intersection). Turn right at the intersection onto road No. 4139 and travel 25km to the village of Khao Thalu. In the village take the second exit on the roundabout onto rural road No 5011 and the viewpoint is about 1.5km down this road on the brow of a small hill.

From the brow of the hill you get a good view looking back at the main Khao Thalo mountain range.
