Khao Puk Cave is in the grounds of Wat Tham Khao Puk and is 23km north of Chumphon town. Take Road No 3180 heading north out of town and the temple is on the left 3Km after the junction for the 3201.
Drive up to the temple complex and you will see the steps up to the cave on the left.
The cave entrance is directly at the top of the stairs.
After the smallish opening the cave opens up into a long cavern of about 100m in length. The first 50m has been made level with a Buddha statue at the end of this level area.
After the Buddha statue the cave has been left in its original state.
A large colony of bats can be found in this section.
The 'Caves & Caving in Thailand' website has not given a reference to this Cave.
